Job Title: Deputy Manager - Children's Homes

Salary Range: 43,451 - 50,029 per annum

Location: Burford, Oxfordshire

As a Deputy Manager in our Children's Homes, you will play a crucial role in creating a secure, safe, and motivating environment for both staff and the young individuals we support. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring it operates to high standards
• Support and lead the team to provide holistic care for Young People with social, emotional, and mental health needs
• Help Young People regain their childhood and pave the way to becoming well-rounded adults
• Uphold our commitment to inclusivity and SEND inclusion support

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in residential childcare, including supervisory capacity
• Level 3 Diploma qualification in Residential Childcare (England)
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (desirable, provided if needed)
• Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months
