Job description
The Deputy Manager is responsible to the Registered Manager in assisting with the management and supervision of a supported housing scheme, within the South Eastern Health and Social Care Trust, ensuring that a responsive, high quality service is provided to tenants, their families and carers within the community. They will have responsibility for the day to day operation of Supported Living services and supervision of the work of support staff ensuring that service users are supported to exercise safe and positive life choices and develop skills to help them live independently. Hold a Social Work qualification recognised by a Social Care Council and have current registration with a Social Care Council Or Registered Mental Health Nurse, live on NMC register Or Hold a Degree or Diploma of College of Occupational Therapists or be a Graduate of a School recognised by the World Federation of Occupational Therapists and have current registration with the Health Professions Council
