About the home:

We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced Deputy Manager (RGN) (RMN) or (RNLD) to join our friendly and welcoming care home providing nursing care for adults with a range of needs including dementia/Alzheimer's, old age and elderly care and physical disability.

About the Role:

As the Deputy Nurse Manager at our fantastic care home in Port Talbot, you will oversee and assist every aspect of nursing care and activities within the home, making sure the level of clinical care provided goes beyond just professional standards and statutory, regulatory, and legal requirements.  It will mean providing specialist nursing support and advice, taking responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager's absence and supervising/coaching the wider team. Always seeking to share your clinical experience, you will provide valuable support, guidance, and assistance to the rest of our care staff, helping to create an inspired, motivated and empowered team resulting in outstanding levels of care for our clients.

Requirements:

                Valid NMC Pin
                Experience in a leadership position
                Clinical experience within a Nursing Home environment
