An exciting opportunity to join the Limes Management Team as Deputy Manager
Salary: Competitive
Contract: 40 hours per week
Monday to Friday, but some flexibility will be required to participate in on-call, conduct night visits or weekend working to support the team.

About the role
We are seeking an experienced, professional and caring Residential Home Deputy Manager. You must have managerial experience in working in a Residential Care Home. Solutions based – a fast and practical thinker with good communication skills. You must be confident to run the service, shift lead and work alongside the Managers.
You will oversee and assist all aspects of care, lifestyle and hospitality teams within the home. You will positively role model and promote our person centred philosophy of care to staff, relatives and visiting professionals in order to maintain a consistently high standard of care. Drawing on your experience, you’ll provide day to day support and guidance to the team - promoting our clients' independence, choice, and dignity.
You’ll build lasting relationships with the clients and the people they care about, as well as caring about the home itself - fostering a sense of community. Creating and developing strong relationships with local partners, you will liaise with these partners, playing an important role in raising the Limes’ profile in the local area and beyond.
What we are looking for
You will hold a good or outstanding grating within your recent CQC inspections
Hold an NVQ Level 4 or Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management
Experience in managing a staff group
Excellent communication skills – demonstration of a competent and professional manner regardless of the situation
The ability to meet set deadlines
A flexible and adaptable approach to working hours in order to meet the operational requirements of the home.
