We are seeking a Deputy Manager to join one of the UK's leading care home providers. • Providing specialist nursing support and advice and taking responsibility for resident care
• Supervising/coaching colleagues to provide a service with real empathy for resident issues
• Being a great mentor who can manage time effectively and provide support, management and leadership to the care home staff.

To apply for this Deputy Manager role, you will need to be a qualified Nurse (RGN) with a current NMC Pin. You'll also have experience managing people, service, and quality to achieve high standards of care.
