About You:
Passionate Professional: We are seeking a Deputy Nurse Manager with a passion for making a difference, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in nursing home management.
Leadership Skills: Showcase your management expertise, including safeguarding, clinical risk assessments, and a solid grasp of CQC standards.
Versatility: From medication management to QA audits and staff supervision, your multifaceted skills will contribute to the success of our care programs.
Financial Acumen: Bring your understanding of sales, financial, and budget management to drive excellence in care provision.
Qualifications: A qualified RGN with an active NMC Pin.
What We Offer:
Competitive Package: Salary starting from £43,000, depending on experience, plus an attractive OTE. Working a mix of supernumerary and on the floor shifts. 40 hours a week.
