Job Description
The role of Deputy Operations Manager in Wolverhampton will involve:
- Overseeing daily operations within the warehouse department
- Implementing efficient work-flows and productivity strategies
- Deputising for the Operations Manager in their absence
- Coordinating with team members and other departments
- Monitoring and reporting on department performance
- Developing and implementing improvements
- Ensuring compliance with industry and company standards
- Assisting in recruitment, training, and development of team members
- Handling any operational issues or emergencies in a timely manner
