HRUC is the newest college group in London. Boasting 5 'Outstanding' and 3 'Good' assessments in our last Ofsted inspection, we now have our sights on realising our shared ambition of becoming an outstanding provider of education across the group.
Working closely with, and reporting to, the Deputy CEO & Group Principal, you will have day-to-day responsibility for the operational leadership of Uxbridge College while ensuring outstanding teaching, learning and assessment is achieved throughout HRUC.
You will understand the importance of a unified, one-college approach and share the collective responsibility for delivering the strategic objectives of our group while playing a pivotal role in shaping the direction and future success of Uxbridge College.
