Responsibilities
- Assist the Soft Services Manager in overseeing the Soft Services department and ensuring compliance with company standards and client requirements
- Supervise a team of Soft Services staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to understand their requirements and develop customized facility solutions
- Monitor service delivery and conduct regular quality assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Manage financial aspects of projects, including budgeting, cost control, and invoicing, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment for employees and clients
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, identifying opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement
