JOB TITLE: Deputy Soft Services Manager

LOCATION: Westwood Cross Shopping Centre

WORKING HOURS: 45 hours per week

As the Deputy Soft Services Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Soft Services Manager in overseeing the daily operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality facility services. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to understand their challenges and deliver effective solutions to meet their needs. Responsibilities

  • Assist the Soft Services Manager in overseeing the Soft Services department and ensuring compliance with company standards and client requirements
  • Supervise a team of Soft Services staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to understand their requirements and develop customized facility solutions
  • Monitor service delivery and conduct regular quality assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Manage financial aspects of projects, including budgeting, cost control, and invoicing, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment for employees and clients
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, identifying opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement
