About the role
Campus Services within Estates and Campus Services are looking to recruit a Deputy Team Manager to join our Security Services Team. The purpose of this role is to assist, support and deputise for the Team Manger in the delivery of a high quality security service. The team is customer service driven and you will be responsible for monitoring the customer service delivery and incident report writing to provide guidance for the Control Room Operators. The Deputy Team Manager will ensure that the Control Room business systems are maintained to high standards in order to comply with legislation such as the Data Protection Act and deliver optimal operational efficiency. You will organise security initiatives and events in order to provide security and safety information and advice for staff and students.About you
- You hold a current/ valid UK manual driving licence
