Contract: Full Time – Permanent, 37.5 hours per week plus alternate weekends
Salary: £45000 - £47265

Tezlom are looking for experienced qualified nurses either presently in leadership roles or someone who is ready for their first step into ward and clinical management to provide proactive and visible clinical leadership. Our Deputy Ward Managers are also Out of hours ‘person in charge’ role when working and undertake rotational on call duties in evenings and weekends are required. Candidates must be prepared to cover the Service Lead in times of You will have the opportunity to work within three wards.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Deputy Ward Manager to be responsible for this new department.

Essential Criteria:

• Excellent managerial and leadership qualities
• Nursing qualification and current NMC registration as RMN or RNLD
• Strong clinical experience and demonstrable clinical skills
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience of working as a nurse in a mental health setting.
• Experience in OPMH care or PICU is desirable
• You must have outstanding communication skills, excellent clinical skills and be motivated to offer the highest standards of care.

Licence/Certification:

• NMC PIN number Essential
