In this role, you will drive sales growth by establishing trusted client relationships. Leveraging your expertise in property and business development, along with your technical knowledge, you will
guide clients through a collaborative sales process which includes a strong element of creative design consultation and advice.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a robust sales pipeline, efficiently handling leads and responding to enquiries.
• Consult closely with customers to discern their needs, preferences and budget constraints.
• Apply technical knowledge as you introduce our range of systems and functional solutions.
• Formulate tailored proposals with aesthetically pleasing garden building designs.
• Finalize sales orders, agreeing on terms, prices, and delivery.
• Keep meticulous, updated records of sales activities in the CRM.
• Engage in industry events and networking to bolster the company's market presence.
• Target potential partnerships in the property and construction sectors for mutual interest in garden structures.

The Person
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or related (preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years in sales, ideally in the property, design, or construction domains.
• Comprehensive grasp of construction, home expansions, and renovations.
• Proficient in construction materials, principles, and garden building concepts.
• Proficient with CRM tools and ability to learn basic CAD systems.
• Open to travel for client liaisons and industry events.
