Here at LivGreen we are a specialist Retrofit Design and Installation Contractor which provides a one-stop-shop for social and private landlords in delivering high quality retrofit-at-scale projects supported by public funding. We prioritize teamwork, efficiency, and delivering exceptional service to our clients. Due to our expanding workload, we are looking to bring onboard a Retrofit Design Assistant to support our Retrofit Designers and PAS 2035 Coordinators working on active construction projects bringing decarbonisation.

This role is a varied role with tasks including but not limited to:

• Reviewing retrofit surveys • Energy modelling
• Coordinating energy efficiency measures
• Detailed design development
• Producing technical Information
• Site Visits
• Assisting with client presentations

What we are looking for:

• RIBA Part 1 or Part 2 graduates
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Attention to detail
• Ideally experienced within Retrofit but not essential
• Willingness to learn and develop

This role will provide RIBA recognized practical experience.
