Excellent opportunity for a Design Coordinator to join a high-end Modular property developer based in Oranmore, Ireland.
Are you a Design Coordinator with experience in construction design looking for a fantastic opportunity to make a difference within a growing Modular construction company?
This company are modular construction specialists who are passionate about the sustainable future of construction. They manufacture and install modular buildings in many sectors and have a great reputation. They have an innovative approach to design, and consistently create high quality products and are experiencing high growth. Due to this expansion, they are looking for a Design Coordinator to manage and coordinate the design process to join their team.
In this role you will be based in the office in Oranmore, designing and coordinating projects predominantly within Residential Modular developments. In this role you will be working alongside the design engineers, coordinating and resolving any design, technical or potential issues. Mange design consultants and sub consultants along with design subcontractors to ensure correct and timely delivery of all design related information for the execution of the works on site. You will lead and manage multiple projects at a time, overseeing and contributing to the design process to ensure every aspect of the project runs smoothly with no clashes.

• Previous experience in construction
