Design & Development Engineer
Jafco Tools Ltd (established in 1981) are an established business based in Bilston, West Midlands. Jafco Tools Limited are renowned for manufacturing track maintenance equipment and a varied product portfolio for rail applications and other industries requiring safety critical tools.
We are looking to employ a Design & Development Engineer.
The ideal candidate will require the following attributes:
- Knowledge of using Solid Works & PDM Systems necessary
- Mechanical Design
- Understanding of manufacturing processes
- Produce final design information along with parts list etc.
- Arrange construction, testing of prototype and modify design if necessary
- Problem solving
- Communication
- Quality i.e. dimensional inspections and hardness checks etc.
Package:
- Full-time, Permanent – Monday - Friday
- Salary is negotiable based on experience
