This thriving West Wales business has developed a fantastic reputation for the quality and complexity of their customer specified Mechanical products. They are now looking to increase their design capability and want to recruit a number of Design Engineers to join their expanding Drawing Office.

Benefits Package:
o £30,000 - £40,000 starting salary, company related bonus.
o Full product training provided, including Inventor CAD courses
o Opportunities to progress into Senior Design or Project Engineer / Project Management.

Role & Responsibilities:
o Working alongside a team of Mechanical engineers to design steel / fabricated mechanical systems and equipment from customer specifications.
o You will provide bespoke designs (3D design) for a variety of mainly UK based customers, taking the design from the initial specification to manufacture.
o You will work closely with a Project Manager on a variety of interesting design specifications and will occasionally travel to client sites to discuss the customer needs.
o Within this role you will also be required to work closely with the manufacturing team and provide technical support to other departments and to customers.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
o HNC Qualified in Mechanical Engineering or similar
o 3D experience, either college or work based
o Your design experience must be on some type of mechanical / fabricated steel-based products
