Are you a Design Manager with a strong mechanical & electrical understanding, looking to join an industry leading company where you will manage, develop and build your own specialist team?
On offer is an excellent opportunity for a Design Manager to join a rapidly expanding business who are at the forefront of their sector, where you will play an integral role, moulding the department and putting your own stamp on the business.
This nationally-renowned business operate at the fore-front of their industry supplying high quality products to the Medical sector. As they continue to develop innovative equipment, they are constantly expanding alongside technological advancements.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a growing team whilst being responsible for all aspects of the company's current and new products in development. This role will be based out of their modern purpose-built facility and will be overseeing all design objectives.
This role would suit a Design Manager with a strong mechanical & electrical understanding, who is looking to manage their own team and receive progression opportunities into directorship.
The Role:

• Managing and supporting the company's new and existing products in development
• Monitoring performance of Engineers
• Management and overseeing of non-design resources
• Project management

The Person:

• Strong Electro-Mechanical background
• Proven experience in a managerial role
• Strong design understanding
