If so, we ve a fantastic opportunity within our Construction business for an ambitious and talented Design Manager / Senior Design Manager to join us in Cambridge!
About the Role
Joining us as a Design Manager / Senior Design Manager, you ll be responsible for managing the design aspects of tenders and projects in progress, leading and providing a professional, comprehensive and sustainable design management service for our customers, key partners, suppliers at bid and delivery stages.
About You
With previous experience on both in both bid and PCSA stages of two-stage tendering procurement, you have previously worked within the design management function of a main contractor. You ll have a sound technical knowledge of design packages and be comfortable inputting at the key stages of a project including consultant selection, procurement, and project delivery. Educated to degree level or HNC/HND in a relevant technical discipline and ideally be a member of an industry recognised professional institute (e.g. RIBA / CIAT / CIOB). Experience of working on Educational, Commercial/Science and Tech, Defence schemes between GBP5 and GBP75 million would be advantageous.
A full UK driving licence is essential.
