If the answer is yes, read on.., , As a Design Surveyor you will provide support and guidance in regard to Project Design, Feasibility, Specifications and Procurement. The Design Surveyor will investigate and package future work for the Capital Investment and Regeneration Teams.
, The Design Surveyor will be required to work closely with the Investment Strategy Manager and Asset Data Manager to provide future investment pathways for all properties considering WHSQ, decarbonisation and desirability. This role will be pivotal in ensuring investment is targeted correctly based on data and priority.
