Vision for Education are recruiting for a Teacher of Design Technology for a secondary school based in Blackburn, starting May 2024.
About the roleThe successful candidate will have Qualified Teacher Status in the UK and experience of teaching Design Technology at KS3 and KS4 level. Ideally the school would like a specialist in Resistant Materials, however the school would consider applications of qualified teachers from other Design Technology areas.
This role will start May 2024 and will be on-going with no end date.

RequirementsTo be considered for the role of Design Technology Teacher you will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Have some knowledge or previous experience of Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4)
- Be adaptable and flexible
- Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of school staff
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- Hold QTS
