DetailsContract: Permanent, Term Time OnlyHours: Part time - 32.5 Hours per week
Salary: TPLTSS4 £18,252 - £19,518 (actual salary)
+ Plus various Company BenefitsOpportunityThe Priory Learning Trust is looking to recruit a Design & Technology Technician to work at our Priory Community School – An Academy. This is a very exciting opportunity for an individual who would relish the chance to join this forward thinking team.
As part of this role, you willAssist with preparing and clearing materials and resources in the technology rooms.
Inform the Head of Design and Technology of any defects of equipment which may cause a Health and Safety hazard.
Liaise with the Facilities Manager with responsibility for annual safety audit of tools and machinery.
The successful candidate will haveLiteracy and Numeracy qualifications equivalent to GCSE Grade A – C or Level 2, on the national vocational framework.
Considerable relevant technical experience.
Practical skills with machine tools.

This role involves working with children on a daily basis and is therefore in regulated activity.
