Corecom Consulting have been engaged to source a Deskside Support Engineer for a Global Finance organisation based in Liverpool. The company is embarking on change at the moment which brings plenty of hardware and software projects for you to get stuck into.

What will we need from you?
- Good Communication skills demonstrated by managing stakeholders
- Active Directory
- Windows 10
- SCCM
- Experience supporting, managing, optimising and maintaining the configuration and installation of Desktops
- Need to be able to work on site 5 days a week in Liverpool
This is an exciting opportunity to work and act as the first point of contact for hardware and software issues and ensure the technology estate is functioning for the business to operate daily. No 2 days will be the same as you will be performing daily checks to ensure applications are running correctly and meeting rooms/desks are set up. You will also be working through the ticket queues and solving ad-hoc issues whilst working on major projects such as laptop rollouts and office moves.
