Salary:
From £25.00 per hour to £32.00 per hour PAYE depending upon experience
Deskside Support Lead Role:
- Identify opportunities to streamline or improve current portfolio processes
- Provide technical support for escalated issues from the desktop team.
- Assess and develop IT team skills and ensure consistency in training and technical support across all offices
- Facilitate meetings with each region’s Desk Side Support (DSS) team to ensure standard approach to operations management.
- Define training & associated materials to optimise onboarding of new DSS engineers.
Your Background:
- Experience with ServiceNow
- Awareness of cybersecurity practices and their contribution to maintaining cyber hygiene
- Excellent leadership skills with proven ability to mentor and lead a team effectively, delegate tasks efficiently and manage a team's workload.
- Demonstrated ability to proactively identify issues and either resolve or escalate to the appropriate level for resolution.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
