Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Desktop Support Engineer. The role includes supporting desktop computers, printers, and computer hardware. The successful candidate will be responsible for technical support, troubleshooting, and providing solutions to any technical issues that arise. The role is based in Watford with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Desktop Computers and Printer Support skills
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
- Computer Hardware expertise
- Experience in a similar Desktop Support role or relevant technical degree
- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Experience with Windows operating system and Active Directory management is desirable
- CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications are an advantage
