Our client, a growing retail engineering company are looking to recruit a talented Desktop Support Technician. With 16 offices across the UK and a user base of 150, you will be joining their IT team based in Hitchin.

Role Overview
A successful candidate will be the first point of contact and support for all IT issues that arise, with first-line support being provided to internal users via phone, email or remote access.
You will also troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and network issues.
Installing, configuring and maintaining IT equipment and software.
A good understanding of Microsoft technologies/environments.
