AddressBrightwork are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Despatch Controller. This would be a full time, permanent position based out of the company’s site in West Lothian.
This is a Monday – Friday role, however there will be a on-call rota in place.
Main Responsibilities:
- Route optimisation and allocation
- Monitoring deliveries
- Driver management
- Communication with drivers and customers
Essential Skills and Experience
- Organised
- Excellent geographical knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- IT Literate with knowledge of Microsoft packages
- Telephone manner
Previous experience working with a courier environment would be an advantage.
