A Despatch & Logistics Coordinator sought to be actively involved with the day-to-day operation of UK despatches and exports/ imports for a globally recognised manufacturing company.
The Responsibilities
Produce all paperwork and documentation for UK and export deliveries and ordersEnsure goods are delivered on time and monitor cost of transportation of goodsBook shipments with couriers and UK transport companiesTrack UK and export shipmentsMaintain all export and import freight invoice records The Person:
Previous shipping experience gained ideally within a manufacturing environmentKnowledge of MSS reportingExperience using Word and ExcelKnowledge of Export Control and Customs ComplianceGood verbal and written communication skills
