A1Personnel are currently recruiting for a Despatch Management Coordinator & IT Assistant, on behalf of our client based in Grays.
Duties will include:
- Carrying out day to day IT Despatch Management duties
- Providing basic IT support ( first line support on basic hardware issues, i.e mobile devices, scanning, printers etc)
- Releasing work from system each morning in a timely manner to ensure that warehouse has correct volume of work for the day
- Keeping all paperwork up to date
- Liaising with the client services team
- Ensuring any issues that arise with orders are resolved
- Liaising with external companies, ensuring all machinery within print room is in working order
- Ensure all urgent orders are released and printed following client cut off deadlines
- Making sure paper and label supplies are sufficient
- Assisting with ad-hoc print jobs
- Undertake the duties of the IT Project Manager when required
You will require:
- Basic hands-on technical knowledge
- Excellent IT literacy
- Good administration skills
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills
Hours:
Monday to Friday
7:30am - 5pm (flexibility required)
