Despatch Management Coordinator

A1Personnel are currently recruiting for a Despatch Management Coordinator & IT Assistant, on behalf of our client based in Grays.

Duties will include:

• Carrying out day to day IT Despatch Management duties
• Providing basic IT support ( first line support on basic hardware issues, i.e mobile devices, scanning, printers etc)
• Releasing work from system each morning in a timely manner to ensure that warehouse has correct volume of work for the day
• Keeping all paperwork up to date
• Liaising with the client services team
• Ensuring any issues that arise with orders are resolved
• Liaising with external companies, ensuring all machinery within print room is in working order
• Ensure all urgent orders are released and printed following client cut off deadlines
• Making sure paper and label supplies are sufficient
• Assisting with ad-hoc print jobs
• Undertake the duties of the IT Project Manager when required

You will require:

• Basic hands-on technical knowledge
• Excellent IT literacy
• Good administration skills
• Attention to detail
• Good communication skills

Hours:

Monday to Friday
7:30am - 5pm (flexibility required)
