**Your Mission:**
As the Innovation Catalyst, you'll be at the forefront, driving the evolution of our detectors. You're not just an engineer; you're a visionary problem-solver with a 'can-do' attitude, ready to unlock solutions that transcend boundaries. Embrace the challenge of marrying optics, electronics, coding, and IoT technology to craft detectors that defy conventional norms.
**What's Required:**
Ensure the safety and regulatory compliance of detector-related work.
Collaborate with the Marker Systems Business unit to align technology development with strategic goals.
Coordinate the development of detector technology, covering optics, electronics, firmware, communication, enclosures, and integration into Purechain (data management system).
Collaborate with Stewardship and external agencies to ensure detectors meet safety standards.
Act as the technical expert in maintaining deployed detectors, supporting routine tasks and leading complex activities.
Candidate Requirements:
Essential:
Excellence in two and understanding of others among optics, electronics, coding, and computer-aided design.
Engaging with suppliers, partners, and customers.
Strong communication skills (written, verbal) appropriate for different audiences.
Record-keeping abilities.
Highly organized.
