Role Description

In this role, you’ll be working with the SuperAwesome Gaming and Creators function,as part of the the Publisher and Builder Relations team.You’ll be actively involved in scaling, managing and deploying our Builder Database, working closely with commercial teams across exciting gaming builds and integrations. The creators you’ll be reaching out to and working with will be everyone from game developers to influencers and UGC artists to animators.

Your day-to-day will vary, but will include regular creator research and outreach and assisting with operations, as well as building a strong rapport with creators. You’ll be working across commercial strategy, helping to figure out new brand partnerships and working closely with sellers to match the right clients with the right developers and ensure our ideas are firmly rooted inside of the games we partner with.

You’re the right person for the role if you have a keen interest in the creator ecosystem,the gaming world and owning projects from the beginning.

You’re metaverse-literate, and interested in how platforms and games evolve and develop. You have a keen eye for detail and experience with pulling contracts together. You’re interested in brand strategy and making projects come to life, from coming up with early stage ideas through to adapting the concept for execution.

The successful candidate will work within a team of experienced content producers, developers and designers and have real impact in an exciting, growing company.

This role from time to time will include evening and weekend work(our teams are divided across EMEA and the US), working across multiple time zones.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day delivery support on all live gaming campaigns, leveraging our relationships with developers to ensure they’re connected with the right campaigns, and working alongside the producers to troubleshoot any issues in getting campaigns live.
  • Support on sourcing, structuring and scaling the company’s creator and developer pool multiple across multiple gaming and social platforms, ensuring that our key relationships with developer partners are maintained.
  • Provide day-to-day operational support for the Publisher & Builder Relations team, including database management, research and creative ideation.
  • Work closely with the Builder Relations Lead on creative solutions regarding Creators (both game developers and influencers), including executing branded campaigns, sourcing external feedback for customer success and delivering content strategy recommendations.
  • Act as a strategic leader on key long-term evergreen gaming accounts, ensuring our clients are ahead of the curve in their respective metaverse environments
  • Stay up-to-date with everything happening inside the gaming ecosystem, from new games to new builders to new platforms.
  • Supporting our team as a subject matter expert, living and breathing all things gaming and using that knowledge to support our larger team through education and insight
  • Stay up-to-date with what’s hot and trending in the youth audience space, to support and uplift exciting content that will engage and inspire our target audiences
  • Work across potential marketing and branded opportunities with creators within the company.

Requirements

About you as a person:

  • You’re the right candidate for this role if you’re tapped into the metaverse: the new developments, the legal changes, what’s working and what’s not.
  • You’re a regular on all platforms linked to gaming. You’re a YouTube and Twitch watcher, you communicate on Discord and you know the ins and outs of FNC, UEFN and Roblox.
  • You speak the language of developers (maybe you’ve even done some development yourself, so you know what it takes to make a game work).
  • You have a ‘get stuff done' attitude. You’re hardworking, ambitious and happy to make the most of what ever a varied role throws at you.
  • You’re also creative, not shy of sharing your opinion, and excited about the prospect of working in an industry that’s changing everyday.

About your skills:

  • 3+ years in a client-facing role
  • Good knowledge of the influencer industry
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Great commercial skills and understanding of how to grow revenue
  • A real passion for the gaming industries
  • A strong interest in the Roblox platform(Development experience is a plus!)
  • Excellence in Microsoft Excel/GoogleSheets
