SalaryVNA Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Development Management Senior Engineer for our client based in Essex. The main duties are:
- Assist the Highway Authority with consultations with the Local Planning Authority for proposed developments
- Agree detailed designs and ensure planning permission conditions/obligations are met
- Attend/Chair meetings and answer site queries/design queries in a timely manner
- Undertake extensive stakeholder liaison (internal and external)
- Ensure statutory processes are followed as required if necessary
- Instruct legal agreements to allow developers infrastructure works to be adopted as public highway
- Manage and provide technical direction for team members dealing with all aspects of the highway service
