Development Project Manager

Reporting to the Head of Development, the Renewables Project Manager will be responsible for all aspects of developing onshore renewable projects, along with battery storage, hydrogen or other renewables technologies. This involves the origination of opportunities, landowner negotiations, environmental and planning work, stakeholder management and the management of Development Projects through the planning system. This will also involve supporting other units within the business to achieve successful project developments. .

A degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Project Management or similar.

Experience working in the Renewables industry, including technical and development work for large scale renewable projects.

Demonstrable experience of managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

Experience and / or knowledge of the planning process in Northern Ireland.

Familiar with documentation such as grid connection agreements, property agreements or renewables construction contracts.

Knowledge of a variety of renewables technologies, outside of onshore wind.
