Development Manager - Solar/BESS - London (very flexible with office days) - £50,000-£75,000 DOE + bonus
Piper Maddox are exclusively working with a European developer to continue expanding their project management function of the business and add another development manager.

Micromanagement is something you will not experience here, you will be fully supported to work as part of a team which will support you when you need it but in a healthy way. This company has multi-million pounds worth of funding, and projects at every aspect of development so plenty to get stuck in with. You'll be able to walk into work immediately and know that more will be coming in as they have a very strong land team.
What would your role look like/not be limited to?:
-Getting the development of a solar/BESS project in budget up to RTB.
-Making sure project milestones are reached.
-Being able to report back on all aspects of projects to senior management.
-Looking out for risks which may come up during the development of these projects and being able to effectively report back on these.
-Working with all external stakeholders to maintain good relations, and maintain great company image.
