Development Surveyor (Plymouth)

This client is a forward thinking employee owned company based within the South West, they have over 70 staff across four offices. They cover all sectors including Building Surveying, Valuation, Lease Advisory, Rating, Agency and Property Management.

Key Responsibilities:

-Valuation of development land and property

- Development appraisals and financial modelling

- Financial Viability Assessments and S106 negotiations

- Strategic Development Advice

- Engagement with wider department and office

- Represent the team at business development meetings and events

Key Skills:

- MRICS qualified and RICS Registered Valuer

- At least 2 years post qualification experience with proven track record within the development sector

- Good working knowledge of the development and planning system
