This role would suit an experienced chef or Development Technologist with a genuine passion for the food industry. This role is all about the creative invention and cooking of new concepts!

The Candidate.

• Ideally you will have at least 2+ years industry experience within food manufacturing in an NPD / cheffing capacity.
• Experience in developing recipes and concepts in restaurants and/or food manufacturing.
• A passion for innovation and a forward-thinking attitude will certainly take you far within this growing business.
• Drive to grow and develop your career with a genuine passion for the food industry.

The Role.

• You will work within an established team.
• Alongside the development of concepts, you’ll be consistently researching market trends and keeping informed.
• Working closely with the NPD Project Manager you will help to ensure best processes are delivered.
• Benchmarking existing products against your competitors in the market to stay ahead of the game.
• Successful deliver on concept, creation, and development, working cross functionally.
