DFC Work Experience - Cookery Academy

People 1st will be running a four-week Hospitality Cookery Academy starting Monday 26th February. This will be a blended learning of classroom based and practical sessions with a professional tutor and will include experience working in a busy, live kitchen that is convenient for the participant. The following training will be provided before the work placement starts: Learning the fundamentals of cooking Knowledge of learning and preparing a variety of hot and cold food Learning knife skills Preparation and serving of food Knowledge of Food Safety Allergen Awareness training will be includedCV writing Guaranteed job interview on completion of 4-week course. .
