Diagnostics / Test Engineer - ECU Flashing

Expleo are recruiting for an Diagnostics /TestEngineerworking in harmony of our well known and prestige client based in the West Midlands on a permanent basis. The idealcandidatewill have experience in Electrical / Electronics test, with coverage in place to support each integration software pack release at whole vehicle level validation.

Responsibilities of the Diagnostics / Test Engineer -

• Resolving SW issues and implement solutions in upcoming releases for improving performance.
• Conducting feature testing for instrument cluster panel and driver cabin control switches.
• Performing testing and recovery procedures for Electronic Control Units (ECUs) and non-responsive vehicles.
• Supporting controls team with Diagnostics and technical support
• Responsible for smooth flow of fixing hardware and software issues.
• Testing, recovery and Re-flashing ECUsusing specialisedtestrig.
