Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with your clients, acting as their strategic partner and understanding their business goals and objectives.
  • Lead the development of comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with client objectives, utilising a deep understanding of digital channels and trends.
  • Manage a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering collaboration, providing mentorship, and ensuring the successful execution of campaigns.
  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed performance metrics.
  • Utilise data-driven insights to assess campaign effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and provide strategic recommendations to clients.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts and contribute to new business pitches.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a digital marketing agency environment, with a strong focus on account management and digital strategy.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships, developing strategies, and delivering outstanding results.
  • Deep understanding of various digital marketing channels, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and web development.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse group of professionals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • A passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and sharing knowledge with the team.
