We’re working with a remote first, ethical and sustainable Ecommerce Digital Marketing Agency who are looking for an experienced Digital Account Manager.

The Role
You’ll be leading relationships with a number of ecommerce clients and project managing campaigns through the agency, and working closely with all departments and the founders. Managing the delivery of multi-channel campaigns (email, search, paid social and digital), focused on customer acquisition, retention and loyalty. You’ll lead on performance analysis and reporting for your clients, translating data into actionable insight.
You
You should have a minimum of 2 years’ agency experience under your belt in an Account Manager role ideally, with experience working with Ecommerce clients. You’ll be personable, fast-paced, have exceptional organisational skills, process driven and someone who gets things done. You’ll have a thorough understanding of digital marketing strategies and e-commerce trends, as well as being an exceptional communicator who excels with building relationships both internally and with clients.
