What you’ll be doing
As Digital Account Manager you’ll act as the main liaison for clients and ensure timely project delivery. Collaborating with external freelancers will be a key part of this role, so strong relationship building skills are a must.
The Digital Account Manager will act as project manager on a variety of digital marketing campaigns and projects for clients which are on retainer, as well as helping nurture and develop relationships with new and existing clients who work on more of a project basis.
What experience you’ll need to apply
- Experience in an Account Manager or a Senior Account Executive role within an Agency setting and confident managing several accounts.
- A broad knowledge across a range of digital channels and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt your style according to each client needs.
