Our highly successful branding and design client in Cardiff are recruiting for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join them on a permanent basis.
After steady growth they are now seeking a seasoned Account Manager to nurture client relationships, manage projects, and support the successful delivery of creative solutions for a broad portfolio.
Previous experience within a busy Design / Marketing Agency environment is a must.
The Role:
- Client relationship management: building and maintaining new and existing client relationships to confidently managing strategic planning.
- Integrated Digital Strategy: successfully collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders to successfully implement integrated digital / traditional strategies.
- Digital Campaign Management: manage the digital team on paid media and search campaigns, including creation, optimisation, and reporting across social, search, and display channels.
- Content Creation and Marketing: write content for advertisements, email marketing campaigns, blogs, and social media within the context of project requirements.
- Integration and Optimisation: manage and integrate digital campaigns with websites, both online and offline, to ensure a seamless customer journey.
The Person:
- Confidence in developing and maintaining new and existing client relationships.
- Experience in implementing digital / social media campaigns and brand creation.
- Proficiency in campaign reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics).
- Paid platforms experience (LinkedIn advertising and inMail) and Google pay-per-click campaigns.
- Knowledge of software management tools such as Harvest, Zoho, Sprout, Pipedrive.
Salary & Benefits:
