What you’ll do

Mercury provides a Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) which overlays our CRM. The DAP supports end users with a detailed understanding of how all the CRM functionality works.

The DAP comprises 5 key components:

  • Smart Walkthroughs – Leads a user through a process step by step
  • Smart Tips – Provides additional section, field, and button level information
  • Articles – typically 1-page articles on how a specific field, button, or process works
  • Videos – Typical short videos of a few minutes demonstrating how a specific field, button, or process works
  • Academy – New User onboarding/training courses

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

    • Reports directly to the Head of Client Services, working with the wider team in sales, customer success, support, training, and communities.

  • Great communication skills are a must.
  • The ability to work well within teams or be self-motivated enough to work alone is essential
  • A high focus on customer satisfaction is a must

Essential

  • Experience with Digital Adoptions Platforms
  • Experience with CRM platforms
  • Experience with SaaS products
  • Experience writing instructional articles
  • Experience producing instructional videos
  • A high focus on keeping the administration up to date is a must
  • The ability to work well within teams or be self-motivated enough to work alone is essential
  • A high focus on customer satisfaction is a must
  • A can-do attitude, willing to roll up sleeves to get the job done

Desirable

  • Knowledge of Walkme
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics
  • Experience within the recruitment industry is beneficial
  • Video editing

Location

At Mercury, we believe in the power of face-to-face collaboration. That’s why we encourage our team members to join us at our Coleshill office 2 days per week. However, we’re all about flexibility, so we support remote work the remaining days if that’s your preference.
