Overview:
Working with one of the UK's favourite Retail / E-commerce brand as they look at how they improve their Tagging across mobile apps and their website.
We're looking for an experienced Digital Analyst who has strong experience of Tealium and Single Page Applications. Initially you'll be working on moving off GA4 on the Mobile app and then moving on to working with the Digital Product team, tagging new development.

The role:

• Collaborate with product, business, external partners and analytics teams to define tag implementation requirements
• Proactively analyse data quality to ensure consistent and concise data is available to the business
• Support the measurement strategy by delivering tagging solutions for websites and native apps, implementing tags and scripts to achieve this, working with engineering teams to develop and evolve the data layer
• Perform in-depth investigations to understand the root cause of tagging issues and data inaccuracies. Define and deliver future-proof plans for fixes.
• Communicate proactively and effectively with stakeholders along with documenting implementations.
• Ensure that Tag Management profiles/libraries & Analytics platforms are closely aligned to provide uniform tracking across platforms and banners.
• Display initiative in leading research and development of new technologies

Experience needed:

• 3+ years of experience in a technical implementation role such as Digital Analyst, Implementation Analyst, Data Analyst or Implementation Engineer
• Demonstrable experience of working with both website and native apps, including:
  • Building detailed data layer and event specifications
  • Debugging analytics tracking
  • Working alongside an engineering/product team to implement tracking
  • Testing and validating tracking and data quality
• You have extensive knowledge and experience with:
  • Tag Management systems, preferably Tealium IQ
  • Digital analytics platforms, including Google Analytics (GA360, GA4)
• Experience with server-side solutions, preferably Tealium EventStream
• Awareness and previous use of Google Marketing Platform, Google Cloud Platform and understanding of relationships between these services
