A leading customer experience agency are looking to grow out their insight analytics team as a result of increased client requirements.

The Company:

This company is a leading specialist in the Customer Experience and UX space, working with leading clients across the retail, financial services and insurance space. They have an established CRO and UX function and are now looking to continue to grow out their Insight & Analytics team with this hire.

The Role:

As a Digital Analytics Consultant, you will be:

• Partnering with clients helping them deliver leading transformative digital experiences.
• Implementing, troubleshooting and leveraging web analytics data using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Working cross-functionally to help bridge the gap between analytics, data science, UX and optimisation.
• Using data tools such as SQL/BigQuery to help clients get the best out of their website analytics data.

Skills & Experience:

To be successful as a Digital Analytics consultant, you must have:

• Experience working with Web Analytics tools such as Google or Adobe Analytics.
• Experience analysing large complex data-sets by writing your own SQL queries.
• Worked closely in a stakeholder/client driven environment.
• Strong reporting and communication skills.
