The Digital and Social Media Assistant Role
As a Digital and Social Media Assistant, you will play a key role in enhancing our digital footprint and creating meaningful connections with our audiences across several leading financial brands. This dynamic position is perfect for a self-starter who is creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about the ever-evolving world of Social Media and digital marketing.
What you will be doing:
- Develop engaging and visually appealing content for various Social Media platforms
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with overall brand messaging and promotional activities for a handful of brands.
- Monitor and manage Social Media accounts, responding to comments and messages in a timely, professional but engaging manner.
- Stay up-to-date with Social Media trends and recommend strategies to increase online engagement.
- Track and analyse Social Media performance metrics to measure the success of campaigns.
- Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Foster a sense of community through active engagement with our audiences, including the development of contests, polls, and other interactive initiatives.
- Basic graphic design skills to create eye-catching visuals that align with brand guidelines.

Digital and Social Media Assistant skills and experienced
- Self-motivation by the bucketload - a real can-do attitude.
- Proven experience in managing Social Media accounts for businesses or organisations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of Social Media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Familiarity with Social Media analytics tools.
- Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Passion for staying current with Social Media trends and digital marketing strategies.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and content marketing is advantageous.
