A Primary Care Network (PCN) in the Peterborough area is seeking a Digital and Transformation Manager to join their team. This role involves working closely with staff and management at practice and PCN level to identify areas for improvement. The Digital and Transformation Manager will then support the implementation of these improvements through the use of technology.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the Clinical Director to deliver the strategy related to transformation and improvement. They will lead the implementation, embedding, and evaluation of practical improvements that make a difference to patients and staff. This will involve optimizing the use of digital tools, data, operational processes, pathways, and new ways of working to embed transformation and change.
The ideal candidate should have previous leadership and management experience, experience in project management, technical knowledge of clinical systems and teams, familiarity with data-driven quality improvement processes, experience of interacting with internal and external stakeholders at various levels, experience in workforce planning, forecasting and development, sound working knowledge of Primary Care Networks, and people management skills.
