AddressWe are looking for a senior digital designer with strong expertise in UI. Imagine a spectrum of designers. On one end, there are designers who are all about user interface. On the other end, there are designers who are all about the user experience. We’re looking for a digital designer towards the former end of the spectrum – the UI end. We want polish, strict attention to detail, and a drive to serve through design.
You love using your collaborative problem-solving skills to help create beautiful digital experiences and outputs for our clients. These experiences and outputs showcase our clients’ businesses and help their marketing teams perform better. You’re someone who has strong experience in digital design and you understand that our client is the hero, not us. You understand user experience principles but aren’t constrained by them. While you’ve built your skills on exciting projects, you still maintain a flexible attitude when it comes to making stuff happen. And making it happen fast.
The team this role sits within works with a range of long-standing clients on an ongoing basis. This means that our multidisciplinary team has become highly calibrated in working together and understanding our clients’ teams. This helps us drive value and outcomes for our clients year on year.

As a Digital Art Director, you’ll work with clients who are digital product focussed and you’ll help bring their ideas to life. The job in 55 words or less
- Design beautiful digital interfaces for our clients
- Work closely within our multidisciplinary team members to deliver world-class digital services
- Help production to realise design requirements during build and provide useful feedback
- Keep up-to-date with emerging and relevant design technologies and trends
Does this sound like you?
- Experience in digital design and advanced understanding of UI principles and design systems
- Flexible and collaborative attitude
- An insatiable appetite and excitement for new web technologies and trends
- Any eye for detail and a curiosity to make things better
- An understanding of and experience with mobile app interfaces
- Experience working as part of a design team and/or multidisciplinary team (min 7+ years)
- Good working knowledge of WCAG standards
- Can work to deadline and juggle competing priorities
- Willingness to take ownership of projects
- Available to work on site in our Melbourne office

- A sound knowledge of SEO techniques and principles
