The Role

The Digital Project Director role is at Associate Director level within the company and is responsible for making a significant contribution to the company's reputation, profitable growth and retention of clients.

Digital Project Directors at the Associate Director level have responsibility for leading client accounts and supporting teams to deliver to highest standards. They inspire new thinking, take an active role in contributing to our culture. They have a good technical knowledge of digital project management including web dev projects, digital display, SEO, accessibility standards, measurement and digital thinking - personas, journey mapping, task analysis. Associate Directors play a pivotal role in retaining and developing the best talent both as a client team leader and mentor/coach.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong technical experience in developing digital projects from discovery to development, specifically in managing web development projects - co-ordinating teams internally and externally.
• Strong technical knowledge of digital project management including web dev projects, digital display, SEO, accessibility standards, measurement, and digital thinking - personas, journey mapping, task analysis.

• Proven track record in running web and digital projects from discovery to deployment.
• Understanding in managing expectations for ongoing technical support for maintenance
• Knowledge of digital media buying across social, search and display
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma at a minimum - for wireframing and prototypes
• Significant experience in managing team workflow and projects as well as managing junior employees' career development.
