The Digital Communications Officer will be a key member of the Communications team, with specific responsibility for online communications and social media. The post holder will create and monitor all digital and online content for the trust protecting the reputation and maintaining a consistent online brand. The post holder will contribute to the creation of visual content including videos, graphics and animation. They will work as an integral member of the team, delivering a high quality communications service internally and across the Trust region. They will contribute to the development of a Digital Communications strategy to enhance the current structures. They will have a culture of team working, continuous improvement and innovation, and the ability to prioritise tasks..

A university degree or recognised qualification in communications public relations or marketing & At least 1 years experience working in a dedicated communications role where digital communications was a daily aspect of the role.Experience of successfully developing and monitoring social media channels.Evidence of increasing user engagement on social media through quality content. , Experience of working in a health communications or corporate communications setting.
