Job description
To create and publish engaging content for various digital platforms including social media, blogs and websites. To collaborate with the team to develop content strategies that align with business/charity strategic plan. To research and stay up to date with digital data to ensure its relevance to the organisation and its effectiveness. To ensure that all multimedia content is of high quality and meets legal/copyright provisions including images, videos and infographics. To monitor and analyse the performance of content and adjust the strategy as required liaising with the Line Manager. To manage and maintain relationships with external vendors such as photographers, videographers and writers in line with the strategy document and in liaison with the Line Manager. To ensure all content is optimized for search engines and meets the relevant standards. To undertake duties in such a way as to enhance and protect the reputation of Training for Women Network. To undertake such other relevant duties from time to time as required..

Knowledge of digital marketing and content management tools and platforms.Strong knowledge of web analytics.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
